The result is an Iberico Salchichón with a fine and honeyed texture due to the combination of lean and fat, melted due to the quality of the pieces with which it is made.
Its flavour is juicy and intense and its aroma lingers in the mouth, where a balance between lean, fat, black pepper and the rest of natural spices are appreciated. It does not contain hard parts remains.
This acorn-fed Iberico Salchichón naturally has oleic acid, the very same of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which comes from the acorns given to these Iberian porks.
La Chinata Acorn-fed Iberico Salchichón comes in a delicate case, manually and finelly sliced with a knife, and placed in a spiral desing ready to be plated. It is recommended to remove it from the fridge at least one hour before serving it, so that the product can warm to room temperature and its aroma and flavour can be appreciated.
It is an exquisite product that can be combined with a few drops of La Chinata EVOO, as well as with our Regañás. LIkewise, it pairs very well with our Red Wines as well as with our Artisan Beer Flavoured with Olives 330 ml.
