Manzanilla olives with garlic and rosemary come from a selection of our harvest located in the Sierra de Gata. It can be appreciated in their flavour, texture, firm skin and fleshy heart.
The manzanilla variety of olives with garlic and rosemary gives them a distinctive nuance and, at the same time, enphasizes their flavour, turning them into a culinary experience for the most demanding palates.
Olives are part of the Mediterranean diet and a source of vitamins A and C, which help improve the body's defences.
They are also a source of iron and sodium, they contain omega 3 and omega 6 and have a high fibre content, which helps regulate our bowel transit.
