This EVOO is obtained from a selection of olives gathered from the region of “Sierra de Gata”, located to the northwest of Caceres. There, only the best olives are selected, those that guarantee that a top quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained for our customers.
The Sierra de Gata region is well known for its olives, mainly allocated to direct consumption. These are table olives, known throughout Spain as "Manzanilla Cacereña". Their aroma can be appreciated in our EVOO because La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil inherits their virtues and best known characteristics.
Its storage in a plastic bottle allows greater agility and convenience for use on the table. In addition, it provides more resistance, protecting against possible fractures and impacts that spill or damage the product.
